In Newham, Twelvetrees Park by Patel Taylor and Berkeley Homes is revitalising a former industrial site into a sustainable residential community with affordable and private homes, lush green spaces, and enhanced public amenities. SSF is deeply involved in the construction phase, supplying galvanised mild and stainless steel windposts, full façade stainless steel stone cladding supports and restraints, and various primed mild steel secondary elements to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic excellence.
Shifting to Mayfair's luxury realm, 1 Mayfair – Audley Square, designed by RAMSA for Mace and Caudwell, reimagines a historic office building as ultra-high-end apartments with premium retail. Our contributions include comprehensive stainless steel façade cladding supports and restraints, balcony supports, and windposts. We also conducted impact testing on sample façade bays to confirm resilience against blast forces, aligning with the project's exceptional specifications.
The Ritz Hotel's restoration, led by EPR and Sir Robert McAlpine, preserves its iconic grandeur while modernising facilities. SSF manufactures and supplies all stainless steel stone cladding supports and restraints for the refurbishment areas, blending conservation with contemporary performance.

Cambridge House, under Studio PDP and Ardmore, undergoes a full refurbishment that upgrades a historic London landmark for luxury living. SSF provides stainless steel cladding supports and restraints across the entire façade, plus stainless steel and galvanised windposts, safeguarding both structural upgrades and original charm.
At 30 Grosvenor Square – soon to be The Chancery Rosewood – David Chipperfield Architects and Multiplex are transforming Eero Saarinen's Grade II-listed mid-century modernist former U.S. Embassy into a 139-room luxury hotel with restaurants, retail, a spa, and a 1,000-guest ballroom. Our scope features galvanised windposts, stainless steel screed edge angles, and façade bracketry, supporting the extensive interior and public realm enhancements.
Finally, 13–14 Hanover Street by Blair Associates restores two West End historic buildings into prime office and retail spaces. SSF delivers all stainless steel cladding supports and restraints for the façade, enabling modern functionality within a preserved architectural context.
